My name is Natalie. I am currently 23 years old and I have been working with children since 2017. It took me a while to get to where I am now but I have no regrets. Throughout my life, I have always wanted to work with children. I just didn't necessarily know in which way. So I decided to try applying to volunteer at an after school program where we would come up with lesson ideas, help with homework and join in fun clubs. After volunteering for a few months, I decided teaching, talking with kids was something that I was meant for. From the first school that I have worked in until now and my personal experiences of having siblings with special needs, I have grown so much as a person and as an educator. My patience has grown, so has my passion for creativity in teaching in the classroom. The passion I have for teaching children, and spending the day with them during school hours is the reason why I am striving to reach my goal of becoming a teacher someday.

She is very friendly, punctual and communicative. She always responded quickly, texted my daughter's photo to tell me how she was doing while I was out. When I got home, the room was tidy and nice and my daughter was happy. I will hire her again.
