I am a young woman from a large family. Growing up with two working parents, I was often a caregiver to my younger siblings. Being the eldest girl taught me responsibility, patience, and how to care for children of different ages and personalities. It was during those years that I discovered my love for working with children and decided to make childcare my career. I believe every child is unique and deserves to be understood, respected, and nurtured. Each child has their own personality, strengths, interests, and way of learning. I enjoy getting to know each child, helping them learn and grow, and creating a safe and loving environment where they can be themselves. I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist with 16 years and counting of paid professional childcare experience. My experience has taught me patience, communication, reliability, and the importance of working closely with parents.
