Natalia has been our Nanny for four months and is amazing with my toddler. We have a very hectic schedule that changes frequently and she is always willing to roll through it with us. My daughter absolutely adores Natalia and so does our dog (who doesn't take to a lot of people). Natalia is great at keeping me up to date on how the day is going while I'm at work. She cleans up throughout the day and was always offering to do things to make things easier for me when I got home from work. She is sweet and always thinking about our daughter even when she's not watching her. We HIGHLY recommend her!
