Bringing eight years of experience in adult and senior care, alongside working with IDD and autism. I am deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve and supporting their families. My college degree complements my hands-on experience. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I respect each individual's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals, and assist with ADLs. I offer verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following the family's preferred communication style. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I find immense joy in providing reliable care and building meaningful connections with those I assist, and I look forward to bringing that same dedication to your family.
