About Natalia

Hello! My name is Luz, I am 45 years old, and I am from Colombia. I have a degree in Fashion Design and I live in Mountain View with my partner, my 19-year-old son, and our friendly dog. I started working with children as a volunteer at my son's school in 2015, which inspired me to continue in education and childcare. After moving to the United States, I worked as a nanny and as an after-school program coach. Currently, I work as a paraeducator at McKinley School, providing one-on-one support to an 11-year-old student with special needs, including learning support, personal care, safety, and communication with her family. I love caring for children because they bring joy and curiosity to life. I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and feel safe. I am a patient, caring, and responsible person who always puts children's well-being first. In my free time, I enjoy cooking healthy meals, exercising, and spending time at the beach with my family is my favorite thing!
