Natalia has been a nanny to my son for 6 months. She started watching him at the age of 4 months, when I had to return to work. I have nothing but the best things to say about Natalia as a nanny. She's trustworthy, caring, reliable, hard-working, and spends as much one on one time with him as possible. She takes time to play with him, read books with him, teach him sign-language and also a little Spanish every now and then too. Natalia has proven to be very flexible too; there have been times when we needed her to stay late, or come in early. She's also incredibly helpful with household chores. There have been many days when I've come home to the floors mopped, the laundry done, and the dishwasher unloaded! It's clear that she wants us to have quality time to spend with him when we get home from work. She is a very smart, capable individual and it's easy to see that she loves children and being in their lives. We have been so fortunate to have someone like Natalia care for our son. I have only the highest recommendation for Natalia.
