About Natalia

I have over 15 years of experience working as an early childhood educator and nanny. I have a school age daughter and can work on weekends and evenings. I know the importance of a trusted child care giver and I have plenty of wonderful referrals . I'm known to be extremely reliable, punctual and very respectful of family routines. My approach with children and infants is based on respect , value and acknowledgment . I always do my best to meet their needs and sympathize with emotions , while at the same time maintaining clear safety boundaries . I strongly believe in the importance of being present , attentive and playful! . I have an energetic and inventive personality and love to foster children's creative imagination. I would like to add that I have completed RIE ( Resource for Infant Educarers) approach to infant care training and I'm very knowledgeable of Waldorf Education and Reggio Emilia approach.
