About Natalia

Natalia has been providing full-time interim care for our family, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Caring for a very active toddler and a young baby at the same time is no small task, but she handles it incredibly well. She is calm, organized, patient, and completely capable of meeting both children’s very different needs simultaneously. She has developed such a wonderful relationship with our daughter, who absolutely adores her. As a native Spanish speaker, Natalia has naturally incorporated Spanish into their daily routines, and it has been amazing to watch our daughter pick up so many new words and phrases. Beyond language, Natalia has been an incredible influence on her development. She encourages independence, builds confidence, reinforces good behavior with kindness and consistency, and handles even the biggest toddler meltdowns with remarkable patience. She helps our daughter work through her emotions in a calm, supportive way, and we’ve seen real growth in her emotional regulation because of it. Natalia is equally attentive to our baby, making sure his needs are always met while somehow still giving our toddler the attention and engagement she needs. She plans outings, keeps both children active and stimulated, and genuinely enjoys spending time with them. She is an excellent communicator, takes direction well, and has always been dependable, professional, and proactive. The only reason we are saying goodbye is because our family’s childcare needs have changed. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Natalia care for our children, and any family would be lucky to have her. I recommend her without hesitation.
