I am a certified educator, retired Army Reserve Officer and experienced family caregiver with more than 10 years of supporting loved ones through cancer treatment, hospitalizations, mobility challenges, wound care, medication management, daily living/ongoing medical care. I understand the importance of compassion, reliability, patience, and dignity when caring for others. Professionally, I am a special education teacher with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and extensive experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities. My career has focused on helping people overcome challenges, solve problems and achieve their goals. Services I can provide include: companion care, wellness and safety check-ins, transportation, shopping/errands, medication reminders, family respite, organization, friendly conversation/emotional support.
