About Natalia

Natalia is the absolute best nanny there is! I’ve had several caregivers before for our three boys, but Natalia is above and beyond the absolute best. We’ve been lucky to have Natalia for over 2 years now. She is extremely warm and loving, always very kind and very patient. She always comes up with creative, engaging activities for the kids centered around their interests and age appropriate abilities. Our three boys love her so much, and get so excited every time they see her. Every day they with yell her name when she comes in the door and sprint to give her the biggest hugs. Natalia is very supportive of family goals for learning and development. She carefully listens to how we disciplined and mirrored that exactly. She helps the kids with schoolwork, chores, as well as time management. She is always looking for ways to be productive in the home, always helping keep the home very neat and tidy. Often I would turn around and she had washed the dishes or picked up clothes that were around. She is extremely punctual and very dependable with a sometimes erratic school schedule. We could always count on her, especially when our schedule changed suddenly. She goes above and beyond in every single way. She even took my boys out for special birthday activities and had special traditions on Fridays just because! She is very loving and kind in her conflict resolution, our boys fight and bicker frequently and she always navigates the conversation so patiently and firmly. She is a delight! Natalia is so accommodating and hard working, she was always looking for ways to help us. For example we had a crazy hectic soccer schedule starting at 5:30 while Natalia’s time ended at 5. She saw my husband and I struggle to get the kids out the door and offered to stay longer and do drop off just to help out! Natalia is an absolutely incredible nanny, and any family would be extremely lucky to have her.
