About Natalia

Natalia was polite and communicative once I was able to reach her. However, I experienced difficulty contacting her by phone leading up to the booking, which created some uncertainty. She ultimately canceled on the day of the scheduled childcare due to personal transportation and childcare issues involving her own infant. While I understand that unexpected life events happen and appreciate her transparency regarding the situation, the cancellation occurred after the booking had been confirmed and left our family in a difficult position scrambling to secure alternative care on short notice. Based on our interaction, I believe Natalia is likely a caring person and may provide excellent childcare under normal circumstances. Unfortunately, reliability and follow-through are important factors when families are depending on confirmed care, and our experience did not meet those expectations. I wish her the best and hope future bookings work out more smoothly for both her and the families she serves.
