Hi! I'm Natalea I'm 29 years old. I am very interested in working not only for you but your family. I have worked in a childcare for 5 years and a nanny for around 4 years. I believe my strong areas are in communication, leadership, openness, and work ethic. I am well educated in development milestones for each age. I do have a eCDA in infant/toddlers, so I specialize in those ages but am comfortable with all ages. *CPR&1stAID Certifiedy* I have experience with autism, developmental delays, physical disability, and have cared for family with diabetes. I'm comfortable with lifting, moving, and shifting weight. When working with children I truly believe in building a relationship with the child should come first. Some ways I do this are by learning what they are interested in and giving them room to be who they are and build off of their own knowledge. Childcare is truly my passion, watching children become confident within themselves is so beautiful to see.
