About Natacha

My primary motivation for working in childcare is providing reliable and compassionate support to families. I believe that a patient, calm, and imaginative personality is essential in creating a secure and engaging environment for children. With three years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, I am confident in my ability to supervise up to two children at a time. I am passionate about fostering children's development through educational games, puzzles, and creative crafts. I also can assist with light housekeeping tasks. Effective communication is crucial to me, so I provide detailed daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and text check-ins to ensure that you are always informed about your child's day. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain consistency and a safe environment for your little ones.
