Natasha is competent, smart, attentive and an easy person to talk to. We will miss her now that my wife is recovering but I would highly recommend her. 

Natacha is wonderful. From the moment she arrived, she took the time to learn my mom’s preferences and how best to support her. We needed someone with flexible availability, as it can be difficult to predict exactly how much help my mom requires, and Natacha has been more than willing to accommodate our schedule and changing needs. Natacha has been taking care of my aging nonagenarian relative, who has an array of behavioral issues, for past 18 months. She is among the very few caregivers that were able to keep up with this relative. Natacha is proactive, easy to work with, honest, and in the case of my relative, her French was an asset. Highly recommended. 

She would leave the premises for an hour and a half without telling everyone. While she did good doing the basics for my sister. There were a lot of integrity issues. One of those and tell you the issues spurred a response, while I was in another state, she threatened to quit in the middle of her work week. 

Natacha in not only caring, patient and understanding.  She is also incredibly professional in the details. Providing help organizing and managing the care team put in place to help my sister. I highly recommend her for your loved one. 

Natasha saved us as our frail dad was suddenly discharged from the hospital when he had no family available.  At the last minute, in a blizzard, during the holidays - !   she did exactly what we needed- and we will continue to hire her. She is punctual, professional, a good communicator,  and reliable. She seems to genuinely care about the person and situation.

Natacha has been very reliable and helpful with my parents. She is dependable and great with communication. With her help, my parents are able to continue to live safely at home.

Natacha was hired to stay overnight at my mother's place since my mother was scared to be on her own w/ early stages of dementia. My initial impression w/ Natcha was strong since she offered to meet mom in person & did but weakened a bit when she told me she'd follow up on two different matters (sending ID photo & FaceTiming mom before coming on 1st day of work) but didn't until I followed up to remind her. I'm big on expecting people to do as they say and don't like the "I forgot" or any excuse esp for first impressions. 

Anyway, she did respond to my text, FaceTimed mom and showed up for work, and stayed overnight. After a few nights, mom felt confident enough to sleep on her own so this effort was a success. Mom did say Natacha could've been more attentive asking how mom was and if mom needed anything so for that and my earlier statement I took off one star but ultimately I think most people will be satisfied with Natacha.

Tacha was wonderful. From day one she was helpful, knowledgeable,  friendly, caring, honest, a great conversationalist and always there when my mom needed her. Any family would be lucky to meet and hire her.
