About Nasiah

I'm a relaxed, social, and organized person who loves to go with the flow while keeping things clean and calm. I enjoy working with kids because their minds are fascinating, and I have 4 years of experience with children ages 6 weeks-5 years old from my time at Kansas State's Center for Child Development. I've also babysat for daycare families! I value bonding, trust, and having fun together. I'm reliable, confident, and skilled in managing different personalities, tantrums, and gentle discipline. My strengths are empathy, self-control, and connection. I understand kids deeply and teach calming strategies to help them thrive. I want a job that feels comfortable, fun, and supportive so I can keep growing and make your child feel safe and loved. I am also Red Cross CPR/First Aide certified for infants and children. On top of that I am certified in babysitting basics also at Red Cross. Additionally, I would like to negotiate pay in person considering I do have so much qualifications.
