About Narissa

Hi there! My name is Narissa, and I'm a passionate and experienced caregiver with a deep love for working with children. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work in a wide range of childcare settings including learning centers, in-home daycares, gym childcare facilities, nannying and babysitting roles, coaching youth programs, and classroom practicums and observations. These diverse experiences have shaped me into a patient, kind, and adaptable caregiver who understands that every child is unique. I believe in encouraging autonomy through subtle guidance, allowing children to grow in confidence while knowing they're supported. I'm currently attending Central Arizona College, pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I've always felt a strong calling to work with children, and it's truly changed my life. I find just as much joy in learning from them as I do in teaching and guiding them. I look forward to bringing my energy, dedication, and heart to the families I work with!
