I am a retired teacher from India with years of experience in elderly care, recently moved from NYC to Glastonbury. I have raised 2 kids as a young widower and my survival was strong work ethic driven by honesty and kindness. I'd describe my personality as humble, kind, and passionate. I like caring for seniors as there is a sense of belonging and fulfilment. It fills my heart with love and gratitude with a chance to hear their life stories. I'm looking for a job that involves helping elderly with ADLs, home maintenance. I love cooking, so open to cook meals including delirious Indian food. I worked with department of elderly social services in India. After retirement, I took care of dementia patients. In my spare time, I spend time with my grandson. One thing you should know about me is that I am punctual, reliable, honest, and responsible. My skills include helping with ADLs, medication management and cooking.
