About Naomi

Hi, I'm Naomi! I am a teacher here on Long Island. Prior to moving to the area, I worked in Rochester, NY as an elementary ENL teacher, and before that taught middle & high school in the Balkans for 4 years! I have over 15 years of childcare experience for children of all ages, including multiple experiences as a babysitter and a nanny. I love learning through play, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and literacy activities! I believe in whole-child care with an emphasis on social-emotional learning and providing safe spaces to learn and grow. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading, crocheting, gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my husband. I am interested in a summer nannying job and supporting families through evening and weekend childcare. COVID vaccinated.
