Hi! I'm looking to add one part-time household to my schedule - 3-9 hours/week for house management, light housekeeping, and organizing. Quick background: 10+ years in operations management before moving into home care about 3 years ago, and it's been a great fit. I bring the same mindset to a household that I did to running teams - staying ahead of what needs to happen, keeping things organized, and just handling it. You won't need to spell things out or check in constantly. If something needs a decision, I'll make a good one. I'm detail-oriented, easygoing, and love kids and animals (I also pet sit, so your pets are in good hands too).
