Hired Naomi to clean and organize my house while I was away on vacation, and she did such an amazing job! She took so much stress off of my shoulders, and I would never 100% hire her again!

I was amazed when the job was completed. My house looked better than the day I moved in. Highly recommended! Thank you for doing this on short notice and for making my home shine like new.

Naomi was very punctual, friendly. I look forward to working with her in the future..

Naomi was on time and worked professionally. She has a pleasant demeanor; would definitely have her back.

She on time and take pride in doing her Job .. Very Professional,

She was neat and clean and efficient. She has the sweetest personality. She was on time and stayed on task while she was working. She did a very nice job!!

Naomi truly is heaven sent! She was very professional and got the job done in a timely fashion and within reason. Being a single mom of two little ones; working full time while going to school; sometimes cleaning gets put to the side, but Naomi took care of everything and I was super impressed… would I book her again? ABSOLUTELY, and would recommend her to all! Thank you for your cleaning services Naomi!!

Naomi is very detailed oriented, dependable We have use her 3 times going on a 4th and she has always provided Excellent results

Naomi was amazing and on time! Would definitely recommend her!

Naomi provided great service for me for about a year. I moved and def wish I could have taken her with me. Definitely hire her and you won’t be disappointed!

Despite negative reviews about Naomi's punctuality I decided to give her a chance. Boy was that a mistake! I reached out to Naomi in Oct. for a move-out cleaning service for the end of Nov. Moving forward to the week of our scheduled service date. I reached out to her on Nov 14th to confirm she would still be coming on Nov 20th she said yes. Then on Nov 20th, I didn't hear anything from her I reached out SEVERAL times via text, phone call & care.com messages. ZERO RESPONSE!! Mind you my infant child and I moved out of state the day before she was scheduled to clean. My family member waited at the home for HOURS for her to arrive. She NEVER showed up. I was frantically trying to find a short-notice housekeeper without having to shell out hundreds of dollars because it was so the last min. Not to mention our walk-through was the next day talk about STRESSED! My infant and I had to drive back to VA to resolve the issue. If I were you I wouldn't risk it find someone else.

I hired Naomi to clean my house before the movers arrived. I had been living in the house for about a month with my cat using temporary furniture. She did a great job! She arrived a little early. I showed her around the house (4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms), and she began working. She was responsive to my requests to focus on certain areas. I am asking her to come back for a second housecleaning.

Point blank she goes the extra mile. I needed somebody to come over the following day to do a full clean of my home she was prompt, gave me an estimate, helped organize and do things that many housekeepers wouldn't do. I will definitely hire again

Hired Naomi for organization and light cleaning. She is very punctual, professional, pleasant, and focused. She cares about getting the job done, works fast and makes sure that everything you needed done was covered before departing. I would hire her again to help, and recommend her to anyone in need of a dependable hand.

Naomi was scheduled to come clean Monday, Aug 16th but she never showed up, did not text, call, or email. When I make arrangements for someone to come clean, I certainly expect them to show up.

Naomi did a fantastic job on our deep clean! She was punctual, efficient and very detailed!

Had anticipated getting help around 3. Messaged her at 1 with no response after an agreement had been made. Waited for her to respond to inform that she was capable and ready to come over and ask for an address. She responded at 350 saying because I didn't send it she moved on to the next one.

Naomi arrived exactly on time. She was professional and respectful of my family. She did a thorough job and I would hire her again.
