About Naomi

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring and responsible. I like working with kids because they see the world with fresh eyes. Helping them grow, stay curious, and hold on to that vivid, amazing way of seeing things even as life changes, matters to me. I want them to remember how great their childhood was, and to carry that light forward. I'm looking for a job where I can help kids learn, grow, and feel safe. I want to work with a team that supports each other and cares about the children just as much as I do. I started working with kids in 2016 In my spare time, I like and enjoy hiking to take in beautiful nature and scenery, going to the beach in the summer, reading poetry books, attending open-mic poetry events, and cooking. I'm currently in school working toward becoming a nurse, and I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. My skills include patience, creativity and responsibility.
