To whom it may concern Naomi has been an employee with our family for about 6 months. As a person she is extremely caring, kind and warm. She blended it perfectly from day one. She has a natural ability to make everything go smooth, easy and without any headache, so if there is any change in schedule or something pops up, there is not one time that we can remember it being an issue. The relationship with our son has been outstanding. She is very engaged with him when she's on duty. She is good at stimulate him and teach him. She is also very organized. Me and my husband haven't seen her on her phone, and another way to judge someone by their work, is to see what they're doing when they don't think you're watching. She passed that test excellent. The only reason we're writing a recommendation letter is because we're moving, and to you who will have the opportunity to work with your kids, consider yourself lucky!
