About Naoka

Nurturing children comes naturally to me. I come from a large family and started as a mother's helper at age 8 to identical twins and did so after school until age 11 with two more children in the family. That made it quite easy to transition into my favorite role as aunt with my three nieces. Over age 16 I've had five years of paid babysitting experience, coupled with my graduate-level education, have solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I have basic First Aid Training and happily assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and crafts. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with you using your preferred method, including written daily reports. I strive to provide a safe, engaging, and mentally stimulating environment so parents can rest easy when away from home.
