About Nandy

Hello! My name is Nandy. I graduated from The College of NJ in may of last year with a degree in Psychology specializing in Clinical and Counseling. I have been working part-time as a Behavior Therapist with children with Autism for over a year. I am looking for a part-time position working with children ages 3-12+ as I prepare to continue my graduate studies in September. I have experience working at a preschool for 3 years as well and have always enjoyed looking after children. My approach is patient, calm and creative. I value creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where kids feel heard and supported. Whether it's helping with homework, planning engaging activities, or maintaining routines, I bring both warmth and responsibility to every family I work with. I believe in open communication with the parents whether is it updates via texts, phone calls or in person. I can't wait to connect and see if we're a great fit!
