About Nandi

Hello! My name is Nandi. I've been working with kids of all ages in a variety of settings -from date night, long term Nanny relationships and sleep away camp- for over 10 years. I'm a creative empathetic person who loves to connect with kids and provide a safe and warm environment for them to thrive. With me, children will not only be well taken care of but I will help them tap into their creativity and gain confidence in moving through the world around them! I have training and experience in conflict resolution and restorative justice and have the patience and understanding to help children navigate big feelings and unwanted behavior. It's just as important for me to have a good communicative relationship with the whole family and adapt to the unique needs of every family home I enter.
