About Nancy

I have worked in a very large busy Emergency Room for the past 8 years as Health care advocate, patient family Liaison and Guest Service Provider. Prior to that I worked in a Nationally renowned Cancer Hospital in Boston Ma. for 23 years. I consider myself and am thought of by my peers as a very compassionate, loving, dedicated and happy person. I enjoy not only the work I do but also the reward of working with such special patients. I most enjoy about my type of work is making a difference in a persons day, making them smile, taking away the fear of being sick or the unknown, felling lonely, frighten to be in unfamiliar surroundings or sometimes being alone without family with them. I enjoy people and talking with them, making them feel better, in so many different ways. I feel very comfortable in my work and enjoy it, and feel like this is my talent, and I feel like I make a difference, which to me is so easy when you love what you do.
