About Nancy

I currently work as a Care Manager, where I support members by connecting them with essential healthcare services, mental health care, and community resources tailored to their needs. My role involves coordinating care, advocating for members, and ensuring they have access to the support necessary to improve their overall well-being. In addition to my professional experience, I have provided hands-on caregiving support for my grandmother, assisting my mother with her daily care.
