I decided to take my love of my work to in - home to better care and take one on one time to the people that I serve. Nancy was a good caregiver but was inconsistent with and often called out last minute. We started looking for someone else on here. When Nancy noticed that, she immediately resigned without notice leaving us in a bind for care. I found this highly unprofessional.
