I have 2 children, 2 & 5. I came across Nancy’s profile and I immediately messaged this young lady. She messaged me back within 10 minutes, Her response rate super quick. I gave Nancy a description of the job she wrote me back with some great responses that I was indeed looking for. Nancy and I had a 30 minute phone conversation and she was ready, willing and available to meet with me the next day. She got the Job! She interacted with my kids she played with them she did some math and English activities with them she is an intelligent most amazing baby sitter to my children she played a beautiful roll in their life built great relationships with my children and always was respectful and still is when I need her.
