I would like to bring the joy of music into your home. I have 9 years teaching piano to children ages 5 to 17. My students started their journey as beginners and were able to reach late intermediate level playing. They developed confidence in themselves and their skills as we navigated the learning process together. I am flexible to teaching different genres of music such as classical, pop and jazz. My methods of teaching include lesson books, exercises, and ideas from YouTube. Some of my students played the piano at their school's chorus concerts. They accompanied the choir performances to a full auditorium demonstrating their skill as they kept the choir singing together even with the pressure of a live event with a very large audience. I watched their performances with pride and afterward they always looked to me for approval. I truly enjoy teaching and I would be thrilled to share my enthusiasm with you and your family.
