Nancy was truly a caregiver in every sense of the word with my mother J the last year of her life. I realized early on that Nancy knew what she was doing and I didn’t need to supervise or check in with her. It was nice putting my trust in her so I could have a break. Nancy kept my mother engaged in her interests with crafts, music, movies and time outdoors. Another important thing that one discovers while using care agencies is that Nancy shows up for work. Believe me, that’s golden. I could not recommend her more highly.
