Today was Nancy's first visit for cleaning, but she came by last week for a thorough walk-through to see what needed to be done and she provided a fair estimate. I previously was using a service that sent different people every time, and so the cleaning I received was not consistent. But with Nancy, she wanted to do a deep clean the first time so that maintenance would be more reliable. I have to say, I am more of a "neat" person than a "clean" person and Nancy cleaned in, under, and around things I would usually skim over. I'm looking forward to keeping my dust-free environment and gleaming hardwood floors with regular visits from Nancy!
