Nancy was a great asset to our care team for my dementia Father. She was reliable, always on time, and took exceptional care of my Dad. She went above our expectations on the level of care on many occasions. She is trustworthy and I had no issues of her being in our home alone with my father. She helped him in personal hygiene, preparing meals, light cleaning, and spending quality with my Dad. I love the fact that even on his most difficult and confused days she was patient with him, knew how to redirect him, and calm him down because of the relationship she established with him.
