I have been a caregiver since 1992 ! I have taken care of many different needs such as, Dementia, ALS, Stroke, Alzheimer, brain injury, CP etc. I have mainly worked in home health, in 2 Assited Living facilities and private duty. I have had the privilege of working for hospice for 4 years of my experience and that is also one of my certifications. I have a excellent work history and references because I love what I do! I have 2 years of RN studies. I moved to VA, then decided not to finish because I'm perfectly happy being a CNA /caregiver!! I have made a career of it and to me that is success!

Nancy was a wonderful care giver and companion to my mother. She was attentive to her physical health as well as her mental and emotional health. Nancy is friendly, engaging, timely, communicative, and knowledgeable of her work. She is an advocate for her clients and works with intention to assure she is aware of their needs, schedules, medications, appointments, and other factors that contribute to an improved quality of life.
