Nancy has been a nanny to our daughter for over a year, and we are only reducing her hours due to the start of preschool. She is so great with our daughter, who loves her very much, giving her a big hug at the end of each day. She is kind, supportive, and responsible. I always trust Nancy when she is out with our daughter as she is very attentive and amazing at sharing updates, pictures, and milestones, to the point that strangers often comment on how connected she is with our girl.
