She is unreliable. It's disappointing to say the least. Unresponsive multiple times. Said she didn't receive any notifications on the app. And she did not show up to meet as agreed, nor contacted me to let me know of any delays. Things like this make it difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy caregiver.
