Once we posted our nanny position on Care.com, Nancy contacted us with her interest so we set up an interview to meet her and get to know her. We had to push out the timing of the interview due to our son's sleep schedule and we still ended up being 15 minutes late as our son decided to nap a little longer that day :). Nancy was very understanding and patient with us and assured us that this happens with babies. We really appreciated this! She arrived on time and was waiting for us at the location.
