I build connections by creating a comfortable environment. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I have a high school degree. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car.
