We had such a great experience with Nancy! She watched over our one-year-old daughter and our new puppy, and she did a wonderful job with both. We were initially worried since our puppy is brand new and a little excited with new people, however she did a great job with him and knew just what to do. 
She kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our daughter can be shy with new people, but she warmed up to Nancy right away. She did not cry when I left and that meant a lot to us.
Nancy followed our schedule perfectly, kept the house just as tidy as we left it. She checked in with thoughtful questions whenever needed. She was kind, communicative and very accommodating. I have been interviewing many caregivers for a complex family situation.

Nancy made things very easy, and was accommodating to my schedule. I appreciated her willingness to do a video call, as scheduling these things can be very tricky.

During the phone call (video), hands-down Nancy was so much better than most caregivers. The question she asked were thoughtful, considerate, and assured me she would be the right person for the position. Although our schedules did not match up, I am certain had it worked out Nancy would be extremely dependable.

After the interview, she followed it up with some wonderful suggestions for me. It was her suggestion that help steer me in the right direction. I can't tell you how refreshing it has been to meet a true professional.

Nancy worked with us for a long weekend as a 'trial' to see if it would be a fit for the both of us. She was very punctual and good with our children (and our dog). Nancy was very nice and though it didn't work out for the long term, I would recommend hiring her to others.

Made things very difficult regarding setting up a phone interview. Refused to pass along phone number and kept insisting on a Skype call.
