This was out first time looking for a nanny to take care of our preemie daughter, so we had no idea what to expect, and to be honest, we were a bit nervous as were trying to decide whom, out of all these strangers, we could fully trust. Well, we hit the jackpot! Nancy is an OUTSTANDING caregiver and nanny. She is personable, dependable, caring, experienced, always on time and always focused on taking care of our girl...and always has a smile on her face! I would HIGHLY recommend her for either child care or senior care. She came into our door through Care.com as a complete stranger - she is now part of our family!!!
