Hi, my name is Shannan! I'm a FSU alumni who has recently moved to South Austin TX, I am freshly enrolled back in part-time school on my journey to become an Occupational Therapist (every other weekend). What I am hoping to find is a family that is looking for a helping hand. I have a decade of experience in caregiving - nannied for 10 families through this site, neighbor's, as well as my family (age ranging from 2 weeks - 12 yrs). When I nanny, I try my best to make it as enjoyable as I can, such as engaging in fun & structural activities. Additionally, I have experience with senior & pet care - My grandma had Parkinson disease, I would help bathe, dress, feed & keep her company. Shannan was our nanny for nearly a year and she is quickly become part of our family. She was never late and always left the house cleaner than she found it. Rain or shine Shannan always had the kids adventuring in our backyard. She has a very natural child centered Montessori approach, which has taught my kids, a sense of confidence and responsibility.
