Nancy was our daughter’s nanny from when she was 6 months old until she turned 2.5 years old, and I cannot speak highly enough of her care, patience, and reliability. When Nancy first started, our daughter was bottle-averse and had hip dysplasia, which delayed some of her motor development. Nancy handled these challenges with incredible patience and dedication—gently helping our daughter get comfortable with feeding, and working tirelessly to support her development. She even accompanied us to therapy appointments and, when I couldn’t fit them into my schedule, took the initiative to attend sessions with our daughter herself. As our daughter grew, Nancy adapted seamlessly. Once she transitioned off the bottle, Nancy focused on building healthy eating habits, encouraging self-feeding, and helping her develop a wonderfully diverse palate. Her thoughtful approach to meals and daily routines gave our daughter structure, confidence, and joy in everyday moments. Nancy has also been incredibly dependable. We never had to worry about her schedule, and she was always willing to step in and help, including caring for my older son on school holidays. Her flexibility, professionalism, and nurturing spirit have made her a beloved part of our family. As our daughter transitions into school, we know we will miss Nancy deeply.
