Nancy has been helping me for more than four to five months now and I love her work.

We had a wonderful experience with N and her husband M last week. They came over to clean and organize our house. This was the first time we’ve had professionals organize our house, but what stood out most about their work that day was their ability to organize in such a thoughtful way. 

They did their work with friendliness and professionalism, going above and beyond to make sure their work exceeded our expectations. What they charged was fair and we’ll be looking forward to having them come back on a recurring basis moving forward. We highly recommend working with N and M for your cleaning and organizational needs. You can’t do better than them. 


Today was Nancy's first visit for cleaning, but she came by last week for a thorough walk-through to see what needed to be done and she provided a fair estimate. I previously was using a service that sent different people every time, and so the cleaning I received was not consistent. But with Nancy, she wanted to do a deep clean the first time so that maintenance would be more reliable. I have to say, I am more of a "neat" person than a "clean" person and Nancy cleaned in, under, and around things I would usually skim over. I'm looking forward to keeping my dust-free environment and gleaming hardwood floors with regular visits from Nancy!

I had a very positive experience working with Nancy.  Before the scheduled cleaning, she reached out to do an in-person assessment, which I appreciated. She arrived on time, reviewed everything thoroughly, and provided a clear estimate based on what needed to be done.

On the day of the cleaning, she arrived prepared and began working immediately. She was focused, efficient, and worked consistently throughout her time here. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail—she went above and beyond by taking care of cobwebs, thoroughly cleaning baseboards, and even sweeping and tending to the balcony, which wasn’t explicitly requested but made a noticeable difference.

The only minor piece of constructive feedback I’d offer is that two items from the pre-prepared task list were not completed. It’s not a major issue, but something to be mindful of moving forward.

Overall, she did a great job, and I would recommend her services to others looking for reliable, detailed, and conscientious home support.

I highly recommend Nancy, she was pleasant to work with and came prepared and on time. She did a deep clean and took her time with each room and sparkled our house. It seemed like a lot of hard work and she was meticulous. Would definitely book her again for her next house cleaning.

Nancy did an excellent job deep cleaning my apartment. No small detail was missed (baseboards, cabinet handles, behind all faucets, areas under furniture, window areas, bookshelves, etc.). Highly recommend her quality and attention to detail!
