About Nancy

I was so lucky to find Nancy! My mom is 87 with mild dementia and had her partner move out to assisted living. I am 3 hours from my mom. Nancy came in and immediately worked with our family to understand our situation and the gaps needed to care for mom proactively with her experience with seniors with dementia, such as dialing a phone number and TV switcher, on /off issues and worked with her. She labeled them with colors and was so patient with my mom. My mom was raving about her and didn't know what she would do without her help. She did laundry with her, handled all light cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking meals, prepping meds and making sure all was on time. She was also able to take my mom to her hair appointment and sit with her so she was comfortable until they were able to start her appt. Nancy is very communicative and texted us throughout the day to let us know how she was doing and any other questions or things that she thought would help to make her feel more comfortable. I felt like Nancy was a part of our family and supported us fully. I highly recommend Nancy as she has been so fantastic throughout my moms transition to move to our area. I couldn't have asked for a better person to oversee everything and went well beyond the call even after hours. Thank you so much for everything!
