I am writing this letter to recommend Nana as a professional caregiver wholeheartedly. For the last year of my mother’s life, Nana was an absolute godsend to our family, and we could not have navigated that time without her. Taking care of my mom was no small task. Beyond personal care, she kept the house running smoothly by taking on light housekeeping, laundry, and running errands for groceries, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Her exceptional deep sense of responsibility regarding my mom's medical conditions. Nana took her to doctor’s appointments, meticulously coordinated her medications, and constantly reported back to us. She kept me completely in the loop at all times, which brought our family so much peace of mind during a highly stressful chapter. Beyond her practical skills, Nana is just a high-quality, personable human being. Her caring heart is absolutely precious. She brought so much warmth, dignity, and comfort to my mom's final year, proving every day that she wasn't just doing a job, she genuinely cared. I cannot recommend Nana highly enough.
