My name is Namale, I'm delighted to express my interest. With a background rich in newborn care and life long commitment to child development, I am confident in my capacity to provide outstanding care and foster the holistic growth of every child entrusted to me. As a 44-year-old proud mother of six from African descent, I have spent more than half my life devoted to caring for little one from soothing sleepy newborns at 14 to cheering on energetic teens today. My role as the "family caregiver" of my sister's four children and my own six children (ranging from toddlers to teenagers) is a privilege I cherish. Whether I was offering comfort in the hospital or sharing laughter and guidance at home, I learned that every moment with a child carries meaning and potential.
