We had the absolute pleasure of having Naleena as our part-time nanny for our infant (from age 7 -14 months), and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From day one, she was incredibly warm, caring, and gentle with our baby — exactly the kind of presence every parent hopes for when entrusting someone with their child. She is deeply attentive and always in tune with our baby's needs, consistently demonstrating an intuitive and nurturing approach. What really stood out to us was her level of communication and transparency — we always felt completely informed and reassured (she would send us regular updates and photos of our baby). She was proactive in keeping us updated and always willing to adapt to our family’s routine and preferences. She also took a lot of initiative to engage our baby in age-appropriate activities important for her development. She would share with us the things they were working on so we could continue this on our own. Naleena is also incredibly reliable and dedicated. She arrived on time every day, ready to give our baby her full attention, and she brought a calm, steady energy that helped our little one thrive. We’re so grateful for the loving care she provided.
