Helping children learn and grow gives me a strong sense of purpose. I'm a patient, creative, and reliable caregiver with one year of experience working with children of different ages. I currently work as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), supporting children with autism through individualized approaches that build communication and positive behaviors. I'm also pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and am First Aid trained. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and can assist with crafts, outdoor play, educational activities, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I communicate with parents openly and use gentle guidance and positive reinforcement to support each child's development. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for every child.
