About Nalani

Hi! I recently graduated from NYU with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. I'm currently looking for part-time or full-time nannying/babysitting opportunities in New York. I have about seven years of experience working with children ages 3 months to 12 years old. Alongside babysitting, I've been a research assistant in an infant behavioral lab where I regularly work with infants and toddlers (around 4-24 months), which has given me a lot of hands-on experience with early development. This summer, I'll also be working as a camp counselor. I really enjoy working with kids and hope to become a clinical counselor for children in the future. I try to approach childcare with patience and empathy, and I love spending time doing crafts, imaginative play, being outside, music, or just following whatever your child is excited about.
