About Nalani

I started working with kids when I was 13 years old, which gives me 5 years of experience with babysitting children. I love to just make sure kids grow to whatever they want to be when they grow up and seeing them in their own worlds they create. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, cook recipes (sometimes new recipes), coloring, and playing at the playground, mainly the swing set. One thing you should know about me is I can help kids with hearing issues and autism as a woman with hearing loss and autism myself. I speak English and American Sign Language, being surrounded by ASL speakers from kindergarten to 3rd grade and recently learned two classes of ASL through high school. My skills include cooking, arts and crafts, and resolving any conflicts with the children.
